Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
shown as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 130 An Act relating                    
to immunity for sale or transfer of a firearm; relating to                     
administrative functions performed by and fees charged by the                  
Department of Public Safety for transfer of a firearm. Without                 
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 130.                 
Without objection, the bill was referred to the Finance Committee.
